Stayed in a so-called 'standard' double room where the shower squirted water everywhere—absoluteley ridiculous! the staff woudl ve been more accommodating by offering a room change or some minor gesture, but alas, nothing. the ground floor noise was unbearable. I almost thought to leave a good review, but just couldn't, honestly.
